Busy days at ScanMaster Systems
The production floor is buzzing with activity. Among the various systems being assembled, we are working on constructing our third massive scanner for inspecting 3.6-meter bearing rings. Additionally, we have successfully passed pre-acceptance for a cutting-edge scanner designed for aluminum plate inspection utilizing Phased Array (PA) technology, which is part of an inspection line we are delivering to a European customer. This line also includes a surface conductivity testing. Alongside these, we’re also working on a system capable of inspecting both bars and plates as seen in the picture, together with other standard systems such as our LS-200. The floor is a hive of precision, innovation, and teamwork, reflecting our commitment to excellence in inspection technology.
