We are pleased to announce that ScanMaster has acquired VOGT Ultrasonics GmbH, a specialist in ultrasonic inspection solutions for the automotive industry.
This step brings VOGT’s spot-weld robotic and AI-driven expertise into the ScanMaster Systems Group, strengthening our overall offering for automotive manufacturers and suppliers. Together, we enhance product development and application know-how, accelerate our product roadmap, and further reinforce our global market position.
With a strong local presence in Germany, the ScanMaster Group will further expand support for customers and the installed base across Germany and Austria.
